PERFORMANCE ASSESSMENT REPRESENTATIVE
Your resume must demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience at or equivalent to the GS-07 grade level or pay band in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector. Specialized experience must demonstrate the following:
1) Evaluate the contractor's work against measurable performance standards; 2) Prepare cost analysis for maintenance and repair services; 3) Recommend the value to be withheld from contractor payment for non-performance or unacceptable performed work; 4) Perform on-site visits of maintenance or repair projects to ensure quality of service.
