Meatcutter Supervisor
Plan, organize, and direct the meat department operations. Supervise and provide direction to subordinate employees within the department. Ensure workload requirements are met to include establishing prices for all meat products sold. Inspect equipment and check temperature level regularly. Conduct frequent inspections of work areas to ensure regulatory compliance with sanitary and safety policies. Maintain production record and reports. Monitor employees' work schedules, performance, conduct, and training needs.
