In addition to the Basic Education Requirements for this position, your resume must also demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience at or equivalent to the GS-11 grade level or pay band in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector performing the following duties:
1) Applying engineering concepts, principles and practices relating for the consultation, design, renovation and new construction of real property facilities; 2) Interpreting customer engineering requirements to determine economic feasibility; 3) Drafting sketches using computer aided design programs (e.g. AutoCAD); and 4) Making field investigations during construction involving problems such as changes in design. Don't Be Fooled

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
