Maintenance Mechanic
Ensures security of all guests is maintained at all times Ensures guest privacy is maintained at all times The incumbent is responsible for a variety of semi-skilled and skilled tasks involving standard methods related to the operation and maintenance of physical plant facilities. Maintains work order log and follows up as required. Reports status to supervisor. Logs trouble calls with contractors as appropriate. Incumbent performs journey-level work at a higher degree of skill than an NA-08 in at least two of the following trades in the maintenance and repair of buildings and related fixtures:
Plumbing Heating, Ventilation, and Air Conditioning (HVAC) Electrical Carpentry Painting Performs other related duties as assigned.
