SECURITY ASSISTANT (OFFICE AUTOMATION)
This position requires the ability to type at least 40 words per minute. Your response to the typing skill question on the Occupational Questionnaire will be used in your qualification determination. Your resume must demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience at or equivalent to the GS-06 grade level or pay band in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector. Specialized experience must demonstrate the following:
1) Preparing and/or maintaining security documents and records; 2) Procuring and/or managing supplies to ensure sufficient supplies and compliance with regulations; 3) Analyzing administrative functions to evaluate efficiency and make recommendations for improvements; 4) Utilizing office automation software to prepare reports in the correct format. Estimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.
