RN-Inpatient Wound Care Program Supervisor

Bachelor's degree in Nursing Minimum of 1-3 years of experience required CWOCN certification preferred.

Responsibilities:
Supervises the inpatient wound and ostomy care program at Santa Rosa Medical Center.
Provides high quality wound, ostomy and continence care for patients.
Assists with developing and implementing wound/ostomy/continence care services in accordance with the policies of the hospital and the directives of the medical staff.
Monitors patient progress and treatment plans.
Responsible for the education of clinic staff.
Familiar with a variety of the field's concepts, practices, and procedures.
Performs a variety of tasks.
Leads and directs the work of others.
A wide degree of creativity and latitude is expected.
Reports to manager or director.
