SPLASH combines the luxurious amenities of a top-tier resort with the fun & adventure of the best vacation spots in Florida! We are looking for an experienced Resort Manager to join our team.
The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of the resort, including staff management, customer service, budgeting, and marketing.
The ideal candidate will have excellent organizational and communication skills, a proven track record of successful customer service initiatives, and a passion for creating a positive guest experience.
Responsibilities:
Manage the day-to-day operations of the resort.
Ensure the resort is compliant with all local, state, and federal regulations.
Develop and implement policies and procedures to ensure guest satisfaction.
Develop and maintain relationships with local businesses and vendors.
Oversee the hiring, training, and scheduling of staff.
Create and manage budgets.
Develop marketing plans to promote the resort.
Ensure all safety standards are met.
