Surgical Technologist
As a Surgical Tech you'll be responsible for assisting the surgical team during operative procedures by arranging and inventorying sterile set-up for operations and passing items to doctors and nurses as needed. Assists in preparing and moving patients and in cleaning the operating theater.
Reports to the Clinical Coordinator and/or Surgical Services Director.

INDAHSREstimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.
Reports to the Clinical Coordinator and/or Surgical Services Director.
Requirements
- Graduate of an accredited School of Surgical Technologists, possess a current ORT certification, and have 2-4 years of experience.
- Current BLS from the AHA or ARC
- Ability to work off shifts and pm shifts, take night and weekend call shifts.
- Able to cover all specialties daily and on-call.

- Assists in preparing and moving patients and in cleaning the operating theater.
- Relies on limited experience and judgment to plan and accomplish goals.
- Performs a variety of tasks to include, but not limited, to pulling cases, case set-up, clean up, inventory and supply management.
- Works under general supervision. A certain degree of creativity and latitude is required.
- Typically reports to a supervisor or manager.
- Must be a graduate of an accredited School of Surgical Technologists, possess a current ORT certification, and have 2-4 years of experience.
- Familiar with standard concepts, practices, and procedures within a particular field.
